Well, this is fairly embarrassing—it’s been about 8 months since my last blog post… I’m certainly not going to win any blogging awards for prolific writing at this rate! I guess I’m a better ‘trip blogger’ than a ‘daily life blogger’—and I’m okay with that. But since we are about to take another cross-country trip, I thought I’d clear out the cobwebs and see if I remembered how to blog before we hit the road!
I’m testing out a new (to me) software—Windows Live Writer—that allows you to compose & edit your blog post offline and then upload it when it’s complete. I’m hoping this will alleviate some of my previous frustration with blogging which revolved around inserting pictures into blogger. I’m of the opinion that a blog is just not really all that enjoyable without pictures and blogger is just SO user un-friendly (or else I just don’t really know how to use it properly). Anyway, in the spirit of trying out this new software, here are a few recent pictures of what the Timms family has been up to…
